If you are unable to attend a course on which you have booked a place the following policies apply:

• Cancellation up to 14 days before the course date will result in a full refund of payment.
• Cancellation up to 10 days before the course date will result in a 50% refund of your payment. Or Alternatively you can book on the next available date.
• Cancellation less than 10 days before the course will unfortunately result in 100% loss of your payment.
• Deferrals and name changes on bookings must be notified via email 7 days in advance
• No Show: Any person/s who does not attend courses/s booked will not be entitled to a refund.
• Incomplete sessions: Person/s who are over 10 minutes late at the start of course or leave’s the course early will not be certified.
